One home or two hundred

Keep the 30% the big platforms take.

Your listings, your direct bookings and your money on one stack: negotiable payment rates, verified guests at the door, a team that argues your side of every dispute, and a studio that builds the booking site itself.

Meanwhile, on one $4,800 stay
$1,392 taken by the platform on standard terms, before you've changed a sheet.
Illustrative: a 29% combined host-and-guest fee. Your real number comes from your statements.
The fee math

The 30% is not a law of nature.

Same booking, same guest, three ways to collect it. Here is where the money goes on a $4,800 stay.

$
OTA channel, standard terms−$1,392
PMS plus a separate processor−$744
Manorly direct−$168

Illustrative. 29% combined host-and-guest fee on the OTA line, 15.5% for a PMS plus processor, 3.5% all-in on Manorly direct (platform fee plus interchange-plus processing). Real numbers come from your own last twelve months; that's what the teardown is for.

Five things nobody else bundles.

01 — 05
  1. 01

    Dispute defense desk

Real people assemble the evidence, write the rebuttal and file it before the deadline. You approve, we argue.

  2. 02

    Negotiated processing

Interchange-plus pricing on your own merchant account. Rates fall as volume grows and every basis point is visible.

  3. 03

    Identity verification

Government ID and liveness at booking, face match at the door. Fraud stops before anyone gets a key code.

  4. 04

    Web studio, included

Pick a template for one home or a whole portfolio, or brief our developers for something custom. No separate vendor.

  5. 05

    One calendar, every channel

Keep the listings that still pay for themselves. Route the rest to direct and watch the mix shift.

Identity verification

Know who is in the house before they get the code.

Every guest verifies a government ID and a live selfie when they book. At the door, a face match confirms the person who booked is the person walking in. Fraudulent bookings stop before arrival, and the whole trail becomes evidence if a chargeback lands anyway.

AT BOOKING

Document plus liveness

The guest photographs an ID and takes a live selfie. We authenticate the document, confirm a real person is holding it, and match the two.

AT THE DOOR

Face match check-in

On arrival the guest looks at their phone camera or your lobby tablet. A match against the verified ID releases the smart lock and timestamps the entry.

AFTERWARDS

Evidence, already filed

Verified identity, entry logs and signed terms attach to the reservation. When a guest claims they never stayed there, the dispute desk has the answer in hand.

Biometric data is processed only with the guest's explicit consent, never sold, and deleted on the retention schedule you configure. Guests who decline face match can still check in with a host-issued code.

A site that fits your portfolio.
